Chicago Day 4
A good deal more energy today, I even managed to get a walk to Target in!
Lunch came from a Mexican restaurant on the main drag that had some of the best tortillas I’ve eaten that weren’t made in house (TortillerĂa Atotonilco for those in the area).
I’ve got enough of my brain back to start thinking about what’s next. I’m scrapping the entirety of my plans from Chicago to Washington, there just isn’t time. Instead I’ll be taking The Cardinal from here to DC over the course of a couple days stopping in some of the more interesting towns for a night or two. Not quite sure which those will be just yet.
Movie hilights today…
Tenebrae - old school Italian horror. Amazing soundtrack. If you like Suspiria you’ll like it.
What’s New Pussycat? - Peter O’Toole looks a lot like David Bowie.
